Stonewood Apartments

I was calling to see the extra fees for apartment shopping. Someone answers the phone the first call at 3:30pm, doesn’t say anything for a few seconds then hangs up on me after I say “hello?” I call back three more times, all my calls we sent to the VM box to leave a message. I can only imagine how the staff takes care of you after your a tenant..I’m definitely staying away. I guess you get what you pay for here.

My apartment is really nice. I have new carpet and flooring and it was clean. The staff has been amazing. I can't wait to build my life in this community.

Tania is absolutely remarkable for helping me ! She couldn’t be kinder and sincerely loved her job too , as that’s obvious . For her supervisor please triple her salary as she very well deserves it . She has a nice laugh too ..

Tyesha Scott was very accommodating. I was very happy with the tour as she also represents King's Crossing too.

Move- in experience was provided with wonderful customer service from the Property Manager. She’s patient, nice and addressed my concerns when visiting her, she does her best to reassure the tenant has a pleasant experience. Maintenance technician was also great, friendly and very welcoming in reassuring my move in experience was great. The staff is wonderful. The google reviews I read prior to move in gave me a different perception and high anxiety in accepting the unit , I didn’t know what to expect, my experience was different from the bad reviews. Great next door neighbors and I hope that my first week experience continues to be the same for the length of my residency.
