I have been at Stonewood Apartments for five months and I absolutely love it here! Suzanne Shelton is an amazing manager who looks at you as a person and not just a tenant! She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is safe and happy here. The apartments are affordable and close to down town. They are very well kept and overall management is amazing!!!

I moved here in June and had absolutely no issues until early October when there was a little water leaking from the ceiling. I called, they got to me quickly and the problem was resolved beautifully. Fast forward to late October and I have water leaking FROM the floor from behind the potty. I live in a corner unit, so the outside is on the other side of that bathroom wall. I have never lived somewhere that had such courteous, knowledgeable, and timely maintenance. Sadly, after investigating and cutting a hole in the wall, there was a NEST that some kind of furry creature had once occupied, (between the bathroom wall and outside vinyl siding). 🤮 But, my hero maintenance guy swooped in and vacuumed out the nest, covered up the hole and promises to return to either fix the wall completely o

Manager and maintenance personnel. So kind friendly. They make you feel right at home. Apartment was clean and nice. The only thing I don't like are the upper cabinets are small. And no shelves in lower one. Very pet friendly. So peaceful. Quite neighbors.

I have live here at Stonewood for 4 years and I love it here. No noise, neighbors are great. Management are great to work with if you have any issues.
