Stonesthrow Townhomes & Cottages

I just moved back to the Boise area after moving to another state in 2013. It is great to be back! I love this area, (Meridian), and Stonesthrow Townhomes are wonderful! The management are friendly and go out of their way to help, as does the maintenance team. The grounds are perfectly manicured, the buildings are well kept, it is just what I was hoping for! If you are in the market to make a move don't pass up Stonesthrow!

I’ve loved living here. The neighborhood is generally quiet, the maintenance guys are quick to respond to issues, and Kloe has been a pleasure to work with. My only complaint is that there are only two treadmills in the gym, so it can be kind of annoying when both are being used. Other than that, the amenities are great too.

I've lived in FAR more affluent communities for FAR less money. Be prepared for a lot of noise. The neighbors are atrocious. I have some idiot with a performance exhaust on a Ford Focus that revs his engine every morning....that's the kind of geniuses you'll be dealing with if you move here and that's just the half of it. Manager and Assistant Manager are cool though. I can tell they're trying their hardest and the issue is clearly the company and NOT them.

I work overnight. There have been multiple weeks where the grounds crew is mowing, leaf-blowing, hedge trimming, and making noise 3-5 weekdays a week. GET IT DONE IN A DAY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! Let me sleep so I can pay your horrendously overpriced rent!

We absolutely love it here! The area is wonderful! Maintenance is fantastic and the office ladies are kind and quick to respond!!
