I bought a home here, and my experience with Holt Homes has been very positive. The home was exactly as advertised, and everything went smoothly. However, one drawback to consider is the HOA, which has not been very helpful. Their communication often comes across as threatening, and their systems and response times could be significantly improved. I would have given 5 stars, but the HOA takes one away. Aside from this, buying a home here has been a good experience overall.

My home purchase process with Holt Homes was quick and smooth. Jennifer Brown, the sales rep went above and beyond expectations to help me with every step of the process and to make sure all Holt incentives are applied while going through loan application with their exceptional lender Borrow Smart Mortgage Inc. Holt team of superintendents (Jake, Jack and TJ) were very helpful - they guided me through all the construction checks until the home was done. It wasn't easy for me at first to commit to such a big project - buying my first home - but it was worth deciding to go further and waiting for the home to be built. I'm happy with what I have, home is spacious, same as the backyard, energy efficient systems everywhere plus I could choose the improvements I wanted from the beginning ; Stone

As an investor, I was astounded by their honest and transparent dealings. They make complex processes understandable and are always ready to assist.
