My brother and I moved here in October and we couldn't be happier. The apartment manager, Stephen, is friendly and welcoming. He answered any questions we had and made the move-in smooth for us and made us feel like we were already home. He cares about the community and works diligently to maintain the apartment complex. The views of the golf course and hills are stunning! And the community is overall friendly. The apartment complex has been going through changes, understandably, there were some things needing a little fixing after we moved-in, management and maintenance were responsive and quick to address the work orders we placed. I’ve had an excellent experience living at Stoneridge Luxury Apartments. From the moment I moved in, the management team has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and supported. Stephen and Jonathan are truly outstanding managers — professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find management that takes such pride in their work and consistently puts residents first. Because of them, this has been a stress-free and enjoyable place to call home. I highly recommend Stoneridge to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality community.

My partner and I just recently moved to Stoneridge from out of the area. Our transition here has been wonderful! Despite the hectic move-in from out of town and an unexpected illness causing a change in the move-in date, the management team - Jony and particularly Stephen (would give 10 out of five stars for him if possible) - was incredibly kind, flexible, and helpful. Stephen was gracious during our walk through meeting and immediately addressed and fixed our concerns. Considering we have experienced bad luck in the past with management from different complexes, we are so incredibly grateful for Stephen’s personalized touch, strong communication skills, and clear interest he takes into making the lives of Stoneridge residents better. We are so excited to be here and call this place home!

We really like living here — the place is quiet, safe, and in a great location close to everything we need. The management team is friendly and helpful. The only issue is that maintenance requests sometimes take too long to be completed. Also, we’re wondering when the yoga studio will be available for residents to use.

New resident and had a great experience with the leasing office. They’re so accommodating and friendly. One of the reasons I picked this place was because the property management seemed to have really great relationships with the tenants and so far they have lived up to that. The community here is incredible.
