While maintenance issues are inevitable, we are so relieved that any time we put in a request, it is handled very quickly! We had a great experience with one of the maintenance staff, Pablo, who helped fix our washer. There was a part that needed to be ordered and he was able to get it and install it by the next day! He even brought my delivery boxes inside from the porch. Thank you so much, Pablo, you’re amazing!

Alfonso the service tech helped us out today and was very attentive and responsive to our needs while very diligent and friendly. He did the needed work cheerfully and listened to our questions and requests and recorded those that would involve others to be reported to the apt management so they could address it

I recently moved into this apartment and unfortunately had to leave after only a few days because of severe noise issues. The walls and ceilings seem extremely thin — I could clearly hear normal everyday sounds from neighbors, like drawers opening, footsteps from upstairs, people blowing their nose, music, and conversations. These weren’t loud or disruptive behaviors; the noises just traveled through the structure with almost no insulation. It made it very hard to sleep or relax, and it didn’t feel livable for me. It’s disappointing because the community itself looked fine from the outside, and I was excited to move in. I love the community here! The gym and pools are excellent, and the maintenance team is outstanding. Special thanks to Pablo, who consistently goes above and beyond to resolve issues promptly—whether it’s the dishwasher, electrical work, or general maintenance. The team’s response time is usually within 24 hours, which is truly impressive.

Love this apartment complex! I have been living here for over 4 months. And it's the best place I've lived in years. Special shout out to Kelsey and Marvaneisha in the leasing office for being so kind and quick to respond whenever you need assistance and huge thank you to Pablo for being so professional, courteous and competent. He's the best!
