Stonepost Apartments

I have rented an apartment for my FHSU student here since Nov (24). The unit was completely rehabbed as it relates to carpet and paint. The unit is spacious and clean. The property manager Maralene is very friendly and was so helpful before, during and after the move-in and responds very quickly to inquiries. Maintenance requests are handed in an extremely timely manner. We are very happy renting at Stonepost. Many of the rentals in Hays are nasty and sketchy, so we were happy to rent at Stonepost.

I knew StonePost Apartments was where I wanted to live from day one! I've been here for 5 yrs now and couldn't be happier. The manager here is, simply, an outstanding individual. I have NEVER known any manager to go so far and beyond for the comfort, safety and well-being of her residents as I have found here at StonePost. She is no-nonsense in her professionalism... maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness and attention that I have seen anywhere here in Hays... while at the same time, treating everyone with the kindness, courtesy and respect of a family member or dear friend. I live in a clean, well maintained, bug-free home where I couldn't feel any safer. There is NOT a better apartment to live in here in Hays than StonePost Apartments! PERIOD!!!

Only live here if you want owners who don't care about you and a landlord who will throw anyone under the bus to help herself pathetic place would give 0 stars if possible

Hi my name is Todd windisch I'm looking for an apartment coming through town I just recently retired I make a lot 22 thousand years no bills would like to go there for a while if all possible let me know I will be there until the first of the month
