DO NOT LEASE HERE. We broke our lease after 6 months and gave them extra money just to get out. 1st off, the move out they like to throw in hidden fees. $60 carpet cleaning which wasn’t mentioned. Then they decided to charge us $144 for baseboard damage from THEYRE OWN 3rd party company THEY gave us for washer and dryer. Which also wasn’t disclosed before move in that we had to pay separately to order our own washer and dryer. They “claim” water damage behind the washer and we failed to report but how are we supposed to know what’s behind the washer? 2nd. I put in a ticket for maintenance few months back, I worked nights so I slept during the day. In the instructions read “DO NOT ENTER BEFORE 4pm” so maintenance walks in my bedroom WHILE I AM SLEEPING! I am a veteran, so I was shook for s

Rates at this place were good for the area. However, if you’re in a unit facing the main highway, it’s extremely loud. You’ll hear constant sirens from firetrucks since the Grapevine Fire Department is located directly behind the complex, along with plenty of car/motorcycle engines revving late at night. The windows aren’t sealed very well either, so the noise carries easily. I’d also hear random burnouts in the Popeyes parking lot nearby. My unit had a cockroach problem, and the dumpster was often overflowing. Some of the drywall was crumbling, and the paint was chipped in multiple spots. Despite all that, my stay at Stoneledge wasn’t terrible — that is until the property management charged me $600+ for supposed carpet damage and a “heavy cleaning fee” at move-out. Super front office staff. Great maintenance staff. Like living in a resort. So glad we moved here. Stoneledge had another GREAT Pool Party. The DJ was rocking, the drinks (water, sodas, adult beverages, etc.) snacks and Pizza were delicious & awesome. Kids, teens, parents & grandparents, swam, ate, drank, played water games and enjoyed a fantastic summer day/eve. As always, our staff and facility rose to the occasion.

Koree was wonderful to work with! She was efficient, patient, and made the entire process smooth for my family and me. We’re so excited to call StoneLedge home, and our experience so far has been great thanks to her!

We visited StoneLedge as a tour to relocate to this area from New York City. Big change for us and Rachel, the leasing consultant, met us with a very welcoming Texas greeting. She was genuine, authentic and made us feel comfortable. During our visit to the area we toured eight similar apartment complexes and in terms of construction StoneLedge is much better than average with super nice kitchens, bathrooms and flooring. The grounds layout was also better than most because many of the apartment here have a balcony that does not face parking area. The only thing one would consider before moving here are the school grades. They not bad but in North Dallas many neighborhoods are a 10 out of 10.
