Our residential community was built within a broader community that Stonelake controls through a Property Owners Association while they develop apartment complexes on adjacent properties. They have consistently ignored their responsibilities to maintain the neighborhood, leaving everything they control in a horribly trashy state. They refused basic maintenance and repairs on what was supposed to be a Park while they built on the adjacent property, leaving dead plants, overgrown plants, dead trees, mildew, flooding, trip hazards, and trash for our homeowners to contend with. When they "finished" building the property and the "New Park", it's no longer a park. They just paved half of it as a street and now cars race down it regularly while it's supposedly a pedestrian area. We have asked f
