Since new management Riverwood has taken over as of November 2021 this place has completely gone down hill very fast. Please don't look at any reviews prior to November 2021 as the previous owners were Woodward Properties. The staff is very unprofessional and never has answers to any of your questions. When calling to place maintenance request your request goes unanswered for weeks and weeks at a time. There's no turn around time given even though on several occasions I have attempted to get those answers. This place is also roach and rodent infested and they refuse to combat the issue aggressively and mandate all units to be treated. At Stonehurst Apartments you get what you pay for which isn't a lot. the best thing is the utilities are free.
