Stonehaven Overland Park Apartments

Between April-June of 2025. I contact stonehaven several times regarding housing as well as touring. I contact Sydney to view a 3bed 3bath a few times via phone and email. She always answered or contact me back immediately after. Very pleasant at all times and patient. In June 2025 I did a final tour and decided this was the perfect place for me and my family of 4! The community is always clean! Even after moving in Sydney still is amazing with her communication. I even had my mother move out here as well and it’s hard to please her, and Sydney won her over with her fast response and urgency if/when something needed to be fixed. I have lived in this community for over a year now and we have no plans on leaving anytime soon! Our apartment feels like a home. Stonehaven does a great job of listening to our concerns, helping where they can, and making sure their residents are happy. The property manager Sydney is extremely diligent and attentive to the residents of this community. If you're looking for an apartment that you will want to keep renewing your contract at, then this is the place!

From touring the apartment, to welcoming us to our new home, Sydney has always been so sweet and helpful! These luxurious apartments are so cozy and I love the cleanliness all around. It’s a very centric area and there’s lots of places close by which is a plus! Definitely recommend living here.

I would highly recommend Stonehaven apartments. Sydney took amazing care of us during our touring as well as move in. There was a fix that was needed and maintenance and Sydney responded immediately (office was closed). Issue was fixed the next day or two! 10/10 recommend

I toured the property with Sydney and have nothing but great things to say about both her and the community. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and took the time to really understand what was important to me in my next home. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained.
