I lived here for 3 years and honestly was so incredibly disappointed by most things regarding this complex. Not only did management change 3-4 times in the time I was there, which caused massive miscommunications regarding things like maintenance, but while the newest management was intent on fixing up the complex to look nicer, there was consistently a lack of communication from the property manager. I would go days, sometimes weeks without a simple response to an email, even after calling to leave a voicemail. It was incredibly unprofessional. While maintenance was great and quick to respond, there had been multiple times where major construction was being done on/around my unit without prior alerts of it being done. I’ve been living here for over a year and it’s been very good. The leasing staff is very attentive when things get brought up and if you have any concerns they are always happy to help. The amenities look great, the new gym is very nice. The whole property is getting renovated and you can see all the work that’s being done to it. The new owners have done an amazing job compared to the old ones.

The apartments are decent for the age but they are slowly beginning to remodel. The only amenity is the pool. They are pet friendly but there is no enforcement of people cleaning up after their animals.. The management has changed and is definitely an upgrade from the previous year. They respond in a timely manner and are very nice in the leasing office. Overall it's a alright complex. As they continue to fix things it will definitely be higher rating as the people tend to stay to themselves in the complex and not bother you.

New management has taken over and are making a lot of improvements as well as being much more responsive than the last owners. There is much more communication which is good. The apartments themselves are old however and do still have a lot of problems. I frequently get mold in the apartment, even with keeping everything dry and running air purifiers, and the building quality is not great. They are doing light renovations though and I’m still in an older apartment so maybe it would be better in the new ones. You get about what you pay for.

I’ve been a resident for over two years now. I’ve seen many faces. I’ve had no issues with maintenance he checks things in a timely manner.. I recently moved into a renovated unit which is a little more costly but all of the appliances are new and amazing! Getting pest control can be annoying because they only come on Monday's.. if it’s a holiday or they don’t come you’ll be waiting until the next Monday!! it’s not a bad place to live pretty quiet if you live on the second floor. Things have been a lot better recently. The most recent staff in the office are great.
