Subject to change if they start to help but day one the bathroom sinks plumbing was incomplete and the AC didn't work. They will not answer any calls or emails. The emergency number instantly goes to voicemail and it's impossible to get any help. Don't live here unless you're prepared to seek legal means to get things that were promised in the lease and advertising.

Where should I begin?! Oof! I was part of a moving crew to help family out in early June. My son and I arrived with the first load and what we saw left us aghast! The toilet was lounging in the bathtub, there was no running water, no fridge, no stove and no AC!! The family temporarily moved in with us. Things have been mostly resolved, but there’s still NO central AC! How hot has it been this summer?! Though small, the apartment is cute and has potential, but what this family has had to endure is absurd. The District Manager has been very helpful at times, but we can’t seem to get across the finish line. If only for the 9-month-old and toddler; let’s get this done! We scheduled an appointment to view an apartment a week in advance and showed up right on time at 1 PM. When we arrived, the office was completely empty no one was there to meet us. We tried calling the number the realtor provided, but it didn’t work at all. No response, no update, nothing. We waited around hoping someone might show up or at least reach out, but we were completely ghosted. It was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. The fact that this was booked a week ahead makes it even worse there was more than enough time to prepare or at least notify us if something changed. If this is how they treat people before you even move in, I can’t imagine the nightmare of dealing with them as a tenant. Totally unreliable. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I have been here since i’ve moved out on my own, so about 3 years now. The newest management team has been nothing less than amazing! Repairs getting f taken care of same day, if not same week! They have made the complex look even better than all the years I have been here within the same week of us finding out they were our new management. The staff is amazing and lovely! Help you with you any needs and questions with manners! I am excited to continue to reside here and look for all the even better and great things to come!

When I met Mrs.Patty the property manager she was very nice and seemed very understanding if the fact that I was pregnant and trying to get my life in order before my son arrived . I returned days later to pay her a $50 "application fee" ( which I waited over 2hours on her to come from Morse at another property ) and gave her paystubs that proved i made over 3x's the rent , she told me it would be back with an answer within 24 hours . I waited 72 hours to call her back & I did not receive an answer . I then called her personal number ,i got from one of the maintenance workers , she answered and told me she still hadn't gotten my application back . A week later I call her personal number again after telling her my name SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I tried calling back NO ANSWER! Called back 2 weeks l
