I enjoyed my tour and the application process was seamless. I look forward to moving forward and become a resident there. I am now officially a resident here! I look forward to participating in all the community events you have here!!! !!!!UPDATE!!!! I have been for 1 year 8 months now. Life has changed for the better… so much that my eldest daughter wants to make a life here with me. I need a 4 bedroom now that my oldest daughter wants to come and be apart of my support system since I have no other family here. I hope to be able to transfer into a 4 bedroom unit but if nothing becomes available, I may have to move. 😞

Cynthia Mills took copies of all my paperwork personal and financial documents then blocked all my future emails and texts I’m so glad the application fee was only $18 but she made it seem like it was a necessity for me to drive from Columbia SC to Mooresville like it was so imperative, but I pray to God that she shears all my information because I no longer trust her or the companies process reporting them to HUD today along with the Statesville Housing Agency

Mrs. Cynthia, the Property Manager has been nothing but cordial and accommodating. She took care of the small issues and so far so good, very peaceful day and night so far. I am happy thus far.

So I've been here a week now and so many things have went wrong. It was a rush job getting the apt ready. First my heat didnt work at all toilet leaks BAD!! AFTER Maintenance man try to come and repair the heat he ends up messing up the whole unit so I was left with a window ac unit all weekend and still have it now. On top of this he never fixed the toilet just left everything as is so come Monday my downstairs Neighbor apartment get destroyed As well as the property manager calls an Plumbing guy Monday. He didn't fix the linking toilet either now my water pressure Ends up being so low where only a lil water will come out when trying to take a shower or wash your hands one thing after another on top of this is alot of other lil things like Cabinet drawers not attached properly toilet
