I had a wonderful experience working with Tiana in the leasing office and Jose, who made sure my move-in process went smoothly. This is a second-chance property, which is truly a blessing. My application was approved within two days, and I was able to move in the very next day after approval. Their communication is excellent quick to respond by phone, text, or email. The rent is affordable, and my unit was clean and perfect at move-in. The property is well-kept, quiet during both the day and night, and ideal for working from home. Internet service is included in the rent through Xfinity and was connected on the day I moved in, which made the transition seamless. I’m also impressed with how the property cares for maintenance and upkeep the grounds stay clean, and the gate is always closed

One of the perks of living in these apartments is having someone like Luis on the maintenance team. He was super nice, professional, and got my appliance issue fixed quickly. What really stood out is that he followed up to make sure everything was still working. Really appreciate the great service! Also the pool is very clean!

I’ve lived in a few apartment complexes, and this is the first one where maintenance is actually reliable. Luis Rodriguez is the guy who makes it happen. He’s friendly, shows up quick, and gets things fixed the right way. Always follows up too.

We have one of the best maintenance guy around. Luis always does a good job on any service request that we have. He always lets us know what he’s doing and when he’ll be done. Has been at Stonecreek a very long time. I have known him since I moved in over 10 years ago. I am so glad he’s still here to help us when we need it.
