Stonebrook Gated Community

I do not recommend Stone Brook to anyone. At first, when you apply, everything seems nice they also make you write a good review to win a price but once you move in, it’s one problem after another. They make up their own rules and don’t go by the book. The construction crews never clean up after themselves, and the gate almost never works. There are people driving around drunk, blasting music, and management thinks that just sending a text message will solve the problem which it never does. They also charge for parking in which people don’t even respect! On top of that, the kids run around unsupervised, and it’s honestly out of control. To make it worse, they charge new tenants less than those who have been living here longer. 0/10 recommend — you can definitely find something better.

Respectfully, I would stay clear from this apartment complex. They absolutely have no communication with you. We lived here for about fourteen months and it’s been a nightmare. With any issues we have had it was not addressed in a timely manner whatsoever. From being charged with pest control, and then only coming to our place twice is absurd. It was August of 2024 whenever we had maintenance coming to fix our wall, and he was supposed to repaint, never came back out to repaint. When it came to our transfer to another apartment, the communication was terrible. Peter was had minimal communication with us. Before the week we were supposed to move in back in June,. We were told that they gave the apartment to someone else. That’s fine, but there was no communication and we had to keep asking

This is a great new home for anyone especially for those who want a new modern and simplicity home. Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming to everyone and anyone. I highly recommend you to check out stone brook and highly consider them as your new home.

Rate 1 because I had to, 0 isn’t an option. This place is a nightmare. Management ignores calls and emails but will text you nonstop about events. The apartment wasn’t cleaned before move-in, floors are uneven, roof leaks, and my closet ceiling collapsed on my belongings. Their “solution” was to throw up new drywall without fixing the leak. There’s also a bug infestation. We pay for pest control, but when they don’t show up, management shrugs and says they’re “looking for a new company.” Maintenance closes requests without doing the work, and safety issues (loose railings, nails sticking up, leaks) are brushed off. We were told this apartment was “completely remodeled,” but that’s far from the truth. If it had really been remodeled, why would it still need cleaning? You could clearly see

To my experiece, the apt. Where very clean at the time of moving in, and the ALL apliances, looked like new and where clean. The staff that helped us was profeccianal, helpful and respectful and clear on the leasing process and and up to this day also. I am happy and honestly satified.
