Stonebrook Apartments

Giving 4 stars only because I had to re-clean my entire unit, because the cleaning was a very poor job, and the unit had a funky mop water scent!! I slaved over the bathroom shower tiles, and toilet!! Other than the cleaning, I've had a great experience so far! Maintenance has been really quick with any requests I've made, and I appreciate that ❤️!!

The complex is very well cared for and quiet. The units are spacious and the layouts make the living spaces comfortable. The online rent payment options and notifications are very helpful. I put in an online request for shower grab bars and new shower heads to be installed in my bathrooms, and the maintenance crew was prompt and skillful. I was a bit disappointed, however, with the amount of dirt left behind by previous renters. Lots of caked on dirt on the floors and windows! Management should consider a different cleaning company. All in all, I’m happy I moved here.

I just moved out last week (moved out of state for family reasons). I lived at Stonebrook for about 3 years in total. Maybe my experience is out of the ordinary, but I have no major complaints. I had quiet neighbors, the staff was always very responsive to my maintenance requests (there is even a portal online to fill out requests, which I like since I am anti-social lol), and I just got a quote back for my deposit after moving out and I am getting most of it back. My rates did go up over the years, but I would not call them outrageous or inflated- just keeping up with cost of living. Megan at the front desk was always really nice to me, she even called yesterday to confirm my forwarding address. If I had any complaints it would be that the front gate has never worked, and I think the unit

We definitely give Stonebrook five stars! We've never had any issues with neighbors, noise, or safety. Parking is never an issue. The girls in the office are super friendly, they are aware this is "home" for some residents, and not just a "business." Amenities are top notch and always well kept. Maintenance is great! Fred is always so nice and helpful. He responds to maintenance requests super quick and follows up afterwards. When he sees us in the parking lot, he checks in with us to see how things are/if we need anything. Repairs are done quickly and properly. This move was supposed to be temporary.. six years ago! We have absolutely no plans of going anywhere. We love it here!

My fiancé and I have lived in this apartment for about a year and a half and everything has been great! Fred and the rest of the maintenance crew do fantastic jobs at making sure things are taken care of right away. No waiting days or weeks to get things done!
