Looked up a property we rented in Jefferson City to find out it is owned by this company and listed on Airbnb. Do not rent from these owners. 13 family members from various locations throughout KS and MO traveled 3 hours over Memorial Day weekend to find out the owners allowed the previous guests to extend their stay without any regard to our paid for reservation. We were left without a place to stay, a car full of food, and very disappointed children. The only option we had was to drive back home. The nearest places Airbnb could find for us to stay was in St. Louis and Branson. This was the worst experience traveling I have ever had. If you are considering renting a place managed by this company be prepared to deal with unprofessional people. Awful! Disappointing! Ridiculous! Scam!
