From the beginning of the sign up process to closing the deal, to now a week after moving in, Janelle, Aiden and Trinity ( in order of introduction) have been incredible. Janelle: worked with me and my negotiations tactics (I’m a hard sell). She stayed professional positive and continued to work on my behalf to get me settled on my new studio and new city. Aiden: Aiden is a true pro who handles every challenge head on and never blinks. He has been at the forefront of ensuring all my Amazon packages arrive and are kept safe and has checked in with me multiple times to ensure I’m acclimated. Trinity (boss) Has been very accommodating and welcoming and has been at the forefront of making me feel included in this new community. If you appreciate feeling part of a community and having a leasing office that truly cares about its residents, this is the place for you. Trinidy, Jeanelle, and Aiden are the absolute best — they always go above and beyond. We were immediately impressed by how kind they were from the very beginning. When we first came for a tour, Jeanelle guided us through the property, answered all of our questions, and even followed up later on the things she didn’t have an answer for in the moment. In the wake of unexpected situations and issues, they have been consistently kind and supportive. During our first week here, we had noise problems with our neighbors, and they immediately transferred us to a new unit with no fees at all. Great experience at Stone Village Apartments. The manager is fantastic, she’s friendly, quick to respond, and really cares about the residents. Any issues I’ve had were handled fast and professionally. The property is well-kept and you can tell she works hard to keep everything running smoothly.

It’s a great place for leaving out here, very friendly people who can help us, specially thanks to Jeanelle and Trinidy, they help us with everything we needed and they are so grateful to have us here Thank you so very much, really appreciated your support and help

It is Now 3 + months that my AC unit is still having issues! The tech 4 days ago said the compressor is out.. Have not heard or seen him Since! I or we have not been Notified that this is Stone Village - since I was 40 years younger - it has always been Sand Pebble Spanish oak!! Quit covering up - How dis- tasteful you have let the complex Run down. It's been over 3 months since my AC/ heat unit has run properly.. I have called the city, county,state fire Marshall and health department! Get it right!!
