Great neighborhood that is its own little community where the neighbors help each-other out. The prime lots are on the ends with the best lots backing up to John drive. Close to LVIA for travel. Convenient for shopping and restaurants nearby. It’s hard to find these properties on the market, but when they are, they are scooped up within days. Many have daylight or walk out basements. The photo attached is about 5 years old. Trees are more mature now.

This is an amazing development! The neighbors are wonderful, children all play together! Great family oriented community. So sorry to hear there are issues, but it must not be many houses because I have not heard about them. My home is wonderfully constructed and my neighbors are wonderful. Anyone concerned about purchasing a property here just needs to call Allen township and ask which houses are affected. It is not very many...

Just hearing there are a handful of people having problems with their unit. So sorry to hear this, everyone I know in this development does not have any issues. We are very happy here, great neighbors, amazing home, and very family oriented community. I highly recommend this development to anyone looking for an outstanding home.

Not Great! Issue after issue with the builder, developer. Endless emails back and forth, no resolution since day 1 of our walk-through. 6 months later, we are still in dispute. Easements in our yards that take up to 1/2 of the outdoor space with water residing in these areas for more that 72 hours. BEFORE you put a $5000 deposit down on Any of these homes, READ and ASK questions before you purchase. Have a Lawyer present during your closing. Find out your zoning and survey your property lines. I love this development! My kids play with the neighborhood kids, I do not have to worry about where they are, neighbors are amazing, and my house is built so well! Great family oriented community.
