Stone Ridge Apartments

I had previously reviewed stone ridge the day I left, but deleted it due to ongoing issues with my security deposit. The TLDR: The complex itself was full of stray animals, trash and inconsiderate neighbours. My building neighbours often smoked weed, left their dogs on their patio all day, or left their trash on the front porch. Laundry room is covered in lint and dryer sheets, it would go up in seconds if there was a fire. The apartments themselves were okay. I had major issues with cockroaches, no matter how spotless I kept the apartment. Tight corridors in the hallway, kitchen and staircase, so enjoy moving in! Maintenance was…okay. The guys themselves were responsive, but I had so many problems with my unit. My bedroom (and all of upstairs) was a solid 15° hotter than downstairs, hu

My apartment is pretty nice, the grounds are really dirty though. The gym is pretty basic as well with only machines and no free weights. Basically nobody picks up after their dogs and there are feral cats literally everywhere. All in all, its not a bad place to live and everyone is really nice. But it could definitely be cleaner.

I lived here for a year Oct. 2024 to Oct 2025, and it was one of the best apartment experiences I have had. Mantanience was fast, and I never had issuses with managment. I would still be living here had I not bought a house.

When will the laundry room be fixed…it looks terrible and not suitable for anyone to wash their clothes there… And they need security to patrol at night…or put more cameras up..there’s fights or shootings going on a lot now. And it’s very unsafe soo I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of ppl move out of this place this year…it was fine when I first moved here but I pay too much money here to feel like I’m living in the hood…

Update: 1/20/2026/ i’ve been here for six months It’s very quiet and great neighbors. I just want to thank the office staff and the maintenance crew for give me five star services. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me and the experience. They gave me it’s almost as if their family.
