I lived here for two years, and my experience was overwhelmingly positive. Before moving here, I had lived in two other apartment communities where management was unresponsive and difficult to deal with. This team completely changed my perspective. They are responsive, helpful, and consistently respectful. They truly treat residents the way they would want to be treated. Maintenance was always professional and courteous, they spoke when passing by and addressed requests in a timely manner. Pest control came as scheduled, and management kept residents informed whenever there were updates or changes. The valet trash service was also great! There was one minor issue I experienced with a manager, Tabitha, on one occasion. I chose not to report it because it wasn’t significant enough to escalat

I just moved out of these apartments after 2 years. I absolutely loved the community. The apartments are very clean and they have great amenities. The staff always fulfill the maintenance requests promptly and I have never had any major issues while working with them. Of course, there are small things that every apartment tenant has to deal with, but overall, great place to live and very safe apartment complex!

Live there if you want to lose your money and peace of mind. After I moved in, someone got shot and killed in the complex. Trash is not getting picked up in time although they charge for it. There is also a high probability you won't get your security deposit back for whatever reason. Though, I have to say staff are friendly and respond to maintenance requests. I would not recommend that place

Our son has a nice one bedroom apartment on the third floor. No elevators, quite a workout for elderly people. Friendly staff. Area seems to be secure. Nice pool and gym.

I lived at Stone Ridge for three years. I absolutely loved it. It is a wonderful, convenient place that is extremely well kept. That is not to say my unit went without issues; however, the staff and maintenance crew went above and beyond to make sure my issues were handled and handled quickly. I’ve read some of the other reviews and I do not necessarily agree with some of them. One negative review was the price. This apartment complex is very well priced for what you are getting. The grounds, amenities, quality and service rank far above other places. The second big complaint was families/children. I personally never witnessed the prolific amount of children as stated in other reviews. Stone Ridge welcomes all people; if they did not, it would be considered discrimination. It w
