Stone Lodge Apartments

The manager Kelly just called me and we about the reason I was upset we moved in here and the was filthy and the walls were dirty looked like someone threw something on the wall. But she called me and offered to move us up front and I said that I was wanting to stay here. So she is going to get our wall painted and to put new carpet down in our living room. Which would make me happier. Thank you Kelly you are the only one who reached out to me and offered me this. Where the other managers didn't want to go go the distance.Thank you Kelly 🙂❤️

Had to throw away my brand new beds and couches cause Beg bugs.it also have mice’s running around.. they charge you to take out your own trash, they charge you for carpet cleaning you never get and they charge you for pest control that never come out and it’s always a damn water leak they’ll come out 100 times before they fix it. And my Challanger was stolen from out there. And my other car was broken into. It a new manger everytime you go up there. The one they have now she kinda cool so o don’t blame her for nothing but trying to fix things I think her name is Audrey…. She’s a great person..

I loved working with Audra Schinbeckler she walked me through the whole moving process which was absolutely awesome!!! Moving is always a difficult and stressful time so it helps when someone makes it a little easier, thanks again ☺️

These people are the worst! I decided to post an updated review to follow up with the one I had posted in October. It has now been 6 MONTHS of calling, emailing, mailing through certified mail, submitting maintenance requests online, and in person to ask these clowns to fix serious issues. I have proof to show for it-but they don't care. In the 8th months that I have lived here, I have seen 3 different property managers in charge. The last guy lasted like 1 1/2 months before he had to go..what does that tell you? Maybe what drove him away was the amount of angry, frustrated tenants who are sick of taking these people's bullshi*t and not doing their jobs. Worst of all, they have the worst customer service people I have ever met, because they will straight up lie to you, ignore you on purpo

"I've lived at Stone Lodge for five years. I've had numerous problems over that time. Twice I've had sewage back up in my apartment. Recently, I had to remove over 400 gallons of water because the entire buildings ACs was backing up into my place. I don't see a positive management change from RICO to M3. Except one. The people. Audra has been the best manager I've seen. Trash was overflowing at every bin. It's the cleanest I've seen it in five years. I didnt take my children outside because of all the animal waste. The last two months I havent see any. I can not express the gratitude and help that OT, Jose, and Audra have given me. They are making this place better and closer to what I actually pay. The price would be worth it if the company will allow them to continue."
