Moved in a couple of months ago everything was ok but like most tenants have mentioned the laundry facilities are in a poor state… and the one perk of free dryers is no longer available and u have to pay for it now and the dryers do not fully dry at normal times frames costing more money to fully dry

Smoking is allowed in here and the walls are super thin. Cigarette smoke comes up trough sink and bathroom fan as well as being stained in the hvac unit. Maintenance is okay but they come in uninvited and unexpectedly without notice or warning . They will come into your apartment while you’re at work without your approval and leave a note. Some drug addicts live her and trash is spilled on the grass in the complex as well as the on sight laundry mats washer and dryer performance are lacking severely .

Horrible apartment manager. Rude and uncaring about tenant issues.
