Stone Gate Terrace Apartments

My review was removed! Year lease minimum. $200 per month added to your rent if you do not renew for another year. This business is located across from the base where a lot of veterans and contractors work for unpredictable lengths of time. It's not a good thing to take advantage of these people! Recommend you do business with someone with more integrity.

This is my 3rd time living at Stonegate and I absolutely love it. I keep coming back because of the great surroundings, wondering office personnel and living space and people. I'm close to the base and close to the city. People here are friendly, helpful and well just downright neighborly. If you want a place that's not high cost, but great living and wonderful inside and out...this is your place. Lori in the office makes everyone welcome and the maintenance staff do everything right the first time and in a timely manner. Folks you need to check this place out. The price is great, the atmosphere is nice and people are all friendly. I would definitely come back again and again.

Avoid! These apartments look nice enough from the outside, but that’s the only good thing I could say about them. I had a horrible experience with these apartments. We were paying almost $1400 a month for a three bedroom that had all kinds of problems that never got fixed. The maintenance man was completely useless. The day we moved in all three sinks were leaking underneath and they were all still leaking the day we moved out. But this wasn’t the biggest issue. This apartment had a major problem with the electrical. Only half the outlets in the dining and kitchen would work and they would go out randomly when appliances were plugged in. We finally decided we were going to have to break our lease after 6 months when the outlet our refrigerator was plugged into started melting the cord so b
