Stone Creek Ranch Apartments

After a long search in Wichita Falls, we rented an apartment in the complex and we are very happy about it. A great team on site helps with everything.

I have lived in more than 10 apartment complexes over the years and can confidently say I have never had an apartment staff take better care of me! The staff at Stone Creek Ranch will bend over backwards to take care of its tenants, above and beyond. A couple examples: -My AC went out one 85° night and the technician was there in 30 minutes to fix it. He wouldn't be able to fix it until morning, so the apartment manager offered to let me stay in another pre-furnished unit for the night, or to pay for a hotel until they could get it fixed! -A part on my refrigerator broke one day; maintenance was in my unit to fix it in 20 minutes. He didn't have the part on hand that he needed, so he had a new refrigerator in my unit 15 minutes later. Not only this, the apartment manager offered to re

Stone Creek Ranch had such homey and welcoming environment. The grounds are always so well-kept and it is a quiet community. The office staff are very kind, friendly, and helpful whenever we may need something. The units are spacious and I love that a washer and dryer are included in all units. Stone Creek is also in a great central location in town. The Wichita Falls bike/running/multiuse path is right outside of our back door. I’ve loved being able to walk out and use that. We’ve been very pleased with our experience here thus far.

We initially had a negative experience and left a review reflecting that, but management reached out and truly went above and beyond to make things right. We really appreciate their effort and professionalism. Great customer service makes all the difference!
