Worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Creekstone has been completely dishonest and unfair. I moved out over a year ago, left the place in good condition, and paid all of my bills — yet they refuse to return my deposit. For an entire year, I kept asking where my money was, and not once did they give me a straight answer. Now suddenly, they’ve made up a story that doesn’t even match the facts. This company lies, avoids responsibility, and takes advantage of tenants. If you value honesty and fairness, do NOT rent from these people. They will not treat you right.

I have rented 2 properties from Chris. Currently in a this house for 10 years. Honestly said I would only stay in this rental for two years but here we are! Chris has always been up front with me. We didn’t always see eye to eye but at least he was willing to talk to me. Not loving the current rental as it is aging and stuff is breaking down but I’m not liking the idea of renting with another PM company. Too many out there lining their pockets with funny fees like “Concierge Service” when you move in that cost you $29 a month on top of your rent. So much BS out there. All the reviews I’m reading people are bitching about transparency. Saying goes dance with the devil you know. I know Stone Creek property management. Absolutely awful experience. The staff at Creekstone were rude, ignored my messages for months, and gave me contradictory explanations about my deposit. When I finally got a response it was dishonest and didn’t match any of the texts I’d saved. They won’t return calls, won’t answer emails, and haven’t returned my deposit. Save yourself the headache — don’t rent from these people.

Terrible management. Stone creek does not care about their tenants and it shows. Communication is nonexistent — they ignore you until it’s convenient for them, and when you finally get a response it’s rude or misleading. They treat people with zero respect. I would never recommend renting here.

You know…I was scared to work with them due to the bad reviews, but the unit they had listed was exactly what I was looking for. It was a Sunday and I knew their office wouldn’t be open to call before applying,like the ad said to do. But, I didn’t want others to apply before me, in case they just offer it to the first approved applicant, so I paid the fee and applied. I also left a message and asked for a call back to ask some questions. Courtney called me back the next business day and answered all my questions and told me to save her cell number, in case I have any further ones. I then noticed that the price went up $300 (apparently by owner’s choice.) I could no longer qualify for that unit because it was above my section 8 voucher limit.
