My wife and I recently closed on a house in Parker with a mortgage from Stone Creek, and overall had a great experience. Seth was very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating all aspects of the process to us. He was straightforward and professional and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied (quick to return calls on nights and weekends). The rate and fees were better than what we were quoted from a "Big Bank". Seth even showed up to the close just to be sure any questions we had would be answered. I had tried to refinance my house through Rocket Mortgage and that one that Peyton Manning always advertises. Anyway, neither came through for me, they basically blew me off and never gave my any type of reason why.
