Stone Creek Falls

Noise level is unreal. Floors are very thin and all we hear all day and night is heavy footsteps, chairs rolling around, stomping. This is every day! We were not given a choose of apartments, we were shown these and expected to have use of the gym, play ground, but No, we do not have amenities on the Hillside except for a pool. Finally did get some dog potty stations and a handicap spot on our end of the building. And looking at the rent on the Luxury apartments, we pay more in our 3 bedroom than the apartments with the amenities.I understand they are doing construction but walking is a joke unless you don’t mind walking in dirt and smelling the strong odor of Pot! I have a lung issue and between the dirt and the pot I can’t even open out windows. We are very disappointed in living here.

Great community, great amenities, stunning views and great management. The design of the apartments is my beautiful with all the right touches!!

This is a great place to live. Me and my wife have really enjoyed our stay here, we’ve lived in many apartments over the years and this one is by far the best, beautiful updated apartments, great amenities, and great staff, especially Amy! She was very kind and gracious to us. Highly recommended living here!

Everything is new which is nice. However, there are a few negatives I've been dealing with lately: -A combination of thin ceilings and hardwood floors means I can hear my upstairs neighbor's large dog run and jump around every time they get home. It's pretty disruptive and by far my least favorite thing about living here. -Communication with the office isn't the greatest. I've asked them questions before via email and I didn't get responses half of the time. -Every time I get home, the breezeway has had a strong smell of manure in the breezeway. I think this is from nearby construction? I hope so, at least. -Construction has drained the ponds nearby and they look really gross and dirty now. This will hopefully be temporary, but it is an eyesore each time I drive home. -It doesn't re

I have been at stone creek falls for less than a week but I am already in love. Everything inside apartment is beautiful, the pool is amazing, and the dog run is fantastic for my boy! Neighbors so far are very friendly & help keep the grounds clean. People seem to take pride in living here. Heather and the maintenance staff have been wonderful (answering my moving in questions & as well as my techy questions that I struggle with). All in all... so glad I moved here!"
