Nonexistent customer service. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the apartment itself was fine, and the neighbors were cool. But the office is a joke. Never once for an entire year did a real person answer my phone calls, and they don’t call back unless you pester them with multiple voicemails. They are frequently taking extended breaks and leaving the office, so you can’t get ahold of them there either. They also leave early often. The laundry room is also a disaster. It is not uncommon for literally every single washing machine to have something wrong with it. (And of course you can’t get ahold of the office to let them know). Finally, the water gets shut off multiple times a week. Sometimes for hours. Do NOT rent here!!!

Worst costumer service I have experienced. Cockroach infestation in the 1bd1bath no laundry. Bad sewer smells, no steady monthly payment, laundry rooms hardly work. Tenants BEWARE!

I have lived here almost a year and the newest manager Kari has been very helpful when I have any issues. She is always so friendly and happy when I stop by the office. Definitely recommend living here!

Lived here for about 2 years. The experience was great. Gilbert, the maintenance guy, always went above and beyond our expectations. It was hard to say goodbye, but with my job relocating me, I had to leave. The process was handled easily with their staff. Highly recommend this community apartment complex. Clean, friendly and up to date.

The manager is super nice and worked hard to get us in to view an apt and to get us in by the date we were meeting. Super friendly and helpful staff..Kari Griffin is the best.
