Trussville schools also the Majority of residents are married with 2 or more children so it is an ideal subdivision to raise children in. Faith Community Fellowship Is a non denominational church right across the road. Perfect fit for family's with children of all ages.

Let me start by saying that this is a great neighborhood. But, building a home with Signature has been a nightmare. I could have never guessed how combative and unresponsive Signature and Dwight Sandlin could be from merely trying to preemptively address quality issues when I started this process last year. My initial problem is that Signature repeatedly lied and said they couldn't build a handicap accessible ramp to my house for various reasons, none of which were true, because I have an accessible ramp now, even though Signature took 3 months to tell me various excuses as to why they could not or would not build a ramp on my lot. In addition to the lies from the handicap ramp, my home was plagued with quality issues from the start and when I tried to discuss the issues I had seen fro
