I have used Stockton Realty to manage my rental unit for many years. Recently the service has been terrible until Ryan Horton was hired. He is a great person to work with- responsive, proactive and and a very nice person.

I had the great pleasure of spending a day at one of Stockton Real Estates properties at Ponte Vedra Beach. The property was absolutely gorgeous. The furnishings were impeccable and the decor was so welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed which is what you would expect from a beach front rental. It was right on the beach with so many amenities offered to the renter. Large spacious rooms, galley kitchen with updated appliances, and an elevator. It was absolutely perfect. I have used Stockton for many years. My tennis buddies & I play in a local tournament every year in October and get a condo near the courts. We have had great luck...3 bedroom/3 bath condos are hard to find...yet we always get one. This year ours came with a golf cart! Thank you Nancy, and all the staff, for your help!!
