Stockton Lofts

This was my first time ever renting in my life, and I got to say, Stockton Lofts was a great first time renting experience. So thankful for them for making the moving process from Pennsylvania easy. No other place would take me as a student, with no job, but Stockton lofts was willing to work with me. They attended to everything I needed when I had maintenance issues. They were so great at communication and when they would need to enter my loft. There was no miscommunication whatsoever and everything was included in the rent, all one price. Highly recommend!

Well I wrote a review in AUGUST and tbh i don’t recall all that i said in the review but obviously UP management couldn’t handle it or better yet couldn’t OWN up/take responsibility for what they lack in managing a apartment complex . So my bf has lived at “stockton lofts” (STELLA 360) once managed my property results for 7 years and I lived there for at least 5, almost 6 . When he first moved in he was in apt. 22 and that’s when i moved in when he was in that apt and I actually loved that apt, the windows THAT OPEN (fresh air is essential), the cute rooftop, the high ceilings and maintenance was most of the time on top of things but then again that apt. 22 we didn’t have many issues with that apt but we wanted to size down and we’ve always had our eye on apt. 1 the solo dolo apt. and even

[Update at the bottom] Lived here from 2021 to 2024. The initial property manager, Property Results, was excellent for a non-private owner, so I may have been spoiled, but the new owners (UP Management Services, bought in 2023) was enough of a downgrade that all the legacy neighbors I knew and I left within the following year. Maintenance was slow and the office was flippant. My unit is still listed for rent and absolutely not worth what they're asking. I moved 3 months ago before September hit, you have to be proactive to get your security deposit back and even then, it was lost in the mail, they failed to notify me until I followed up, and the second one still isn't here. I've followed up weekly on this, Nov 7 they said give it another week, Nov18 they said to give it until that week,

The apartment is cute and the rooftop patio is such a plus, but I would strongly discourage anyone from renting from this property management company. Their lack of professionalism and respect for tenants is appalling. Issues are mishandled, and communication is often dismissive and rude. It’s clear they have no regard for their tenants or the properties they manage. If I were the owner of this company, I’d seriously re-evaluate my hiring practices. The way this place operates is a recipe for failure, which might explain why so many of their units remain vacant. This is by far the worst rental experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. If you’re able to deal with crappy management, this is your place!

I have no idea where there is any bad reviews, management company has always been quick and responsive with me. Best I’ve ever had to deal with truthfully.
