Stissing Farm

Management company is terrible. The grounds are poorly maintained. Weedy and there are owners who don’t pick up after their dog. Look at our lovely gazebo. The plumbing was done poorly. Our HVAC heat system is cheap and makes loud noises in our wall when it turns on and off. As a result we are unable to use the second bedroom for family or guests. All of the HVAC units are very loud and none are the same brand. They can be heard very loudly while turning on and off outside too (think helicopter whirring and clicking). My immediate neighbors lucked out as their units are next to their garages. We complained about the noise in December 2023. Beautiful serene neighborhood. I enjoyed coming out here. The large decks on the units, the mountains in the background. The stillness in nature. Heard all the little birds chirping breath of fresh air. Without a doubt, I would buy one of these stunning units. Very well designed And thoughtful every step I took. The vaulted ceilings, high end appliances with garage has everything i could want. The bathrooms are tremendous with vanities so tall I didn’t break my back washing my face 🤪
