Stirrup Plaza Apartments in Miami

I am extremely disappointed with the living conditions with this elderly living facility, yet there is a severe cockroach infestation throughout the building. My grandmother’s apartment is heavily affected, and she is not the only resident dealing with this issue. Our family did a deep cleaning, but the roaches returned quickly and in even worse numbers. This is not just inconvenient — it is unsanitary and unacceptable, especially for senior residents. Management needs to take immediate action and properly fumigate the entire building. The health and safety of residents should be the top priority.

I have being living in this building for 6 years and NEVER, management has being So Lousy. We have not had cooling in the Lobby, Fitness Room, Laundry Room and Library-Computer Room for months. Response from my numerous and persistent emails to the Regional Manager and Regional Vice President reporting this issue is that hopefully, the AC Company will supposedly will install the 2nd part they were waiting for- this week and HOPEFULLY, we will get cooling in all the above mentioned areas, as we are entitled to have!!!!!!!. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE: The Mail Carriers and if there is an Emergency in the Building, The Fire Rescue, have ABSOLUTELY, NO ACCESS TO THE BUILDING, UNLESS A "TENANT" WILL LET THEM IN. This happened because there is a Box next to the Intercom on the Front of the Buildi

I have been calling this location for many times and leaving messages but nobody gets back to me. I just want to see if there are available apartments to rent. If I can't even get a response from such a simple question imagine if I am calling to get maintenance done or wanting to speak to someone for help when I am a tenant. Very sus place with no cust service attributes.

I miss the area, the best!!! close to downtown, brickell, coral gables, coconut grove, the people who work there very nice in the office, maintenance, etc Thanks for everything.....
