Stillwater Cove

I have lived here for almost a year now and absolutely love it here. The beautiful updated floor plans are so homey and Tyler the Property Manager and Dakota who is Maintenance are so wonderful and so professional. There is a laundry room on site that is updated and beautiful. The cost of the usage of the laundry was phenomenal and honestly the cost to do laundry is the best price I have seen anywhere else. I highly recommend it here. You are close to so much too. The park is next door with a beautiful dog walk/park, a playground for the kiddos, tennis courts and even Canoes you can use too. I highly recommend it here for anyone shopping for their new home.

Best apartment complex I ever stayed in me and my boyfriend been staying here for four years now we have a family and we still here. Landlord is amazing maintenance guy on point. Any problem I have he’s on point and quick response Great area to be around schools nearby parks nearby mall nearby. I just love it.

The whole new owners and management there are nothing but you joke, they want to up the rent but doesn’t know how to keep environment neat, no washer, no dryer and worse of all no parking for residence and guest. Each Apt gets one parking yet they want to charge lot of money on rent. You have problem in your Apt they don’t fix it on time and don’t care about no body but them self and their money. Good luck to any future resident.

Stillwater understands me more than I understand myself. StillWater Cove is nice too.
