Samantha at STG works very well with me. She is more than willing to handle all maintenance concerns through the STG vendors (all are excellent) but, since I have my own handyman, she helps coordinate the maintenance issues with him. Samantha is always prompt in her responses to me and always courteous and I very much appreciate that I have one person that I know I can contact and have continuity with any of the repair issues.

We've found that STG's team always responds professionally to help us maintain a safe and comfortable home. We rented through STG Rental Management for the last two and a half years and I don’t have a single complaint or issue. They were always the most friendly and helpful with everything.
