Stacy Short at Stewart title is extremely knowledgeable and can properly explain every step of the process. Real estate transactions can be confusing especially if there are potential title issues. They are the best in the business so check them out first.

Waiting until the week of closing to then tell us on the day we were supposed to close that you can't cover us is not only unprofessional. But quite frankly disgusting. There's 395 thousand dollars up in the air. This should have been handled at the beginning. Horrible service on yalls part. This is laughable. You have lost a customer now and forever. And I will endeavor to make sure nobody I know will go through yall ever again. I would also like to add that your companies actions are now could cost me over $2000 out of my pockets due to YOUR incompetence. Waiting until you had the closing package the hour of closing to turn around and refuse to provide coverage. If for everyone reading this. if you value your time and money DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they basically just robbed me.
