Stewart Title Company - Midland

Deed was transferred to me middle of December. Stuart title never sent me the deed. After 2 months of waiting I called. They never sent it. After another 2 weeks of waiting for it I went by their location. The woman at the front desk is completely ignorant. The title was on the desk in an envelope with my name on it. But she couldn’t find it. After pointing it out she acted surprised. Why was it not sent in the first place? Because people don’t do ther jobs. I’m sure her FB status is updated, but if you’re waiting on a deed, don’t hold your breathe. Find another company. Stuart title is useless.

They were very professional and made closing easy, smooth, and enjoyable. I highly recommend Stewart title.

Got our title and closing papers ready in about a week and went for signing and it only took 30 minutes amazing group and very thorough and knowledgeable. And did I mention how fast they were.
