Great location! View from conference room is open and expansive! Stewart Title is good.

Stewart Title - and more specifically this location, is highly preferred by my clients. Their escrow agents have consistently tended to each closing with grace, professionalism and profound knowledge. 10/10 Stars

I will never recommend this Stewart Title company. If you value your investment and hard earned money, please stay away from this title company. Agent Sanford is the worst agent you can have for a closing. They made a decision to give me a credit for taxes without informing of the taxes that I will have to pay at the end of the year. I was in touch with Sanford up until closing and she never said anything. My property was almost foreclosed if it was not for a good mortgage company that I had. When I called Sanford after the fact she was so rude and hung up on me. I later called her manager Lauren who was equally so rude and so unprofessional. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS TITLE COMPANY AND IF NOT FROM THESE TWO AGENTS!!!!

I would never recommend Stewart Title. They were very unorganized and delayed ordering a new survey for the property. This caused a delay in my closing. They called me at 10:30AM on Friday for a 3PM close that same day. When I got to their office. No one from Stewart Title even acknowledged I was there, or apologized for the delay in closing. We had a mobile notary that knew nothing about the documents we were signing. I even had to provide my own pen. Stewart Title took what should have been a very happy day for myself (first time home buyer) and made it delayed, dramatic, and disappointing. Nancy Baker Jones was my Escrow Officer. I would not recommend.

I enjoyed the whole experience. Welcomed at the door, offered anything to drink. I enjoyed closing with Julie Augustyn! She added her own personal FLAIR to the closing. She has a lot of experience, knowledge and very detailed which is what I love. I have another property which she will be the closer and plan to bring my future business to her.
