Her persistent lack of attention to detail and tendency to be disorganized significantly elongate even the simplest contract procedures. Her vast yet limited knowledge, though potentially harmful, raises concerns, and I would advise avoiding any dealings with her.

Stewart Title Company on the Westside experience has been a bad one 3 times in a row! When we first bought our house 2 years ago we closed at this location and the office staff starting with the receptionist that answers the phone calls to the lady that helped us closed offered horrible customer service. They were rude and even snobby at times. Unfortunately, we are now trying to refinance our home and were told we were again going to close at the same location. We were asked to drive from the far east side to the far west side only to be told that our appointment was cancelled for another time because the people at Stewart Title were not done with our paperwork.
