Stevens Duval Apartments

I went to this property after being referred by a sister property to advocate for one of my clients do to no one never answers the phone there. Once I was allowed to enter into the office area as I approached the office I noticed a child running into another room, and there was a lady at the desk appeared like she haven’t slept for days wearing a black hooded jacket and the office smelled like animals and cigarette smoke together, I assumed that it was a tenant watching the office for the property manager. Mistakenly I was wrong, after I asked who was the manager there she stated that she is was the property manager , I asked for her name she stated, Brittany. She stated , that they don’t answer their phones because it’s a four year waiting period. I asked for the corporate number because

Addendum: I did get a standardized reply back from Stevens Duval Apartments. However, look at the reply there is still not a good phone number to reach them. I have tried all of them. No one answers. I have been trying to get in touch with the office for over a week. The voice mail is always full. I've called every number for them listed yet still unable to connect. Handyman said they were due back Thursday yesterday still no one answering the phone. As a would be tennant that is disconcerting. Definitely a rethink of this complex.

No parking area no outside area to. Enjoy. No security . High crime area. No additional services offered.No up keep of building full of people.
