We began our search in early June 2022 when the housing market was still highly competitive and inventory was not on the market for more than a week. Steve was exceptional and really went above and beyond to find us our perfect home (in an extremely busy market)! We have worked with several real estate agents in the past, and our experience with Steve was by far the best. He was very flexible and communicated exceptionally well. He helped us evaluate the houses with a keen eye for detail. In particular, we really appreciated his knowledge of heating/cooling, foundation types and condition, and electrical panels/wiring.
