I received some roof damage from some pretty severe storms in June of 2023. After being assigned a insurance adjuster I reached out to Steve for a bid and general information, due to not knowing much about roofs and how insurance works. With that being said, Steve came out and gave me the quote himself and walked me through the entire process and even showed up a second time to help with the adjuster. This was all prior to me shopping for bids. Even after shopping bids, he was by far the best priced and had the best customer service. So I obviously chose to go with Steve and his crew and let's just say my roof looks amazing. After a hail storm in 2023, Steven came out listen to my needs and wants, came back with a bid, gave me a start and finish date. We shook hands and he had his crew put a new roof on for us. His crew was very professional, prompt, and efficient. The job was well within our budget and finished in a timely manner. I had a couple of questions after the job was done. Steve drove out to address all of my issues and made me feel great about them, and that the problem was taken care of, then 7 months later, I called with what i thought was another roof question. Steve Jordan gave me an honest and very affordable quote to reroof my house. His team was professional and on time. Great job on clean up and haul off. He came out quickly and was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to discuss all of my concerns. He gave me a very reasonable quote and an estimate on when he could start on it.
