I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sternon. I entered into a contract with them in August 2022 for a condo that was supposed to be completed in early to mid 2023. However, the project has been plagued by delays, (the building hasn’t even been built at time of writing this, let alone doing any interior work), and the developer gave me a hard time about canceling the contract and getting funds back. I had to wait two years from contract execution for them to even consider agreeing to cancel the contract. And even then, they would not cancel right away and return funds. Despite a new contract that cancels the old one, my funds have still not been returned. And I’ve been given an update by Sternons lawyers that my money will not be returned within the timeline stated in the can
