Absolute WORST experience!!! This is a disaster family run business that my realtor and I had to unfortunately deal with. Barbara was the only one who did a good job but she is overworked and needs an assistant. We talked to the owner about this and he didn’t give a care about, said he would give a measly $50 gift card for all the troubles and never even got that or an actual apology. STAY AWAY from this place. No real estate transactions should ever deal with a title company like this. I wish I could give 0 stars rating.

I had a settlement there yesterday and not only is the environment they provide in their family run business a treat but so is the excellent services. Barb keeps you informed every step of the way and handles all requests with a smile and personal attention. Great place to work with all the way round!

We are beyond happy with our experience using Sterling Title agency. From the start, of a quick somewhat complicated closing, the staff at Sterling handled everything in a precise and calm manner. Both Barb and Lyndsay were amazing! We felt confident the whole time that we were in the right hands. Highly recommend!!

Nice family run tittle company. Work great with investors or regular homeowners. They do things by the book the right way and also do creative real estate investment deals and wholesaling assignments with ease. Cindy the closer is excellent and a pleasure to work with!
