They keep you updated, and they understand your concerns as a property owner. I would hire them again without hesitation if I get a chance to acquire another property.

We rented a home from Sterling for 2 years in Copperfield. They were responsive and came out to fix any repairs in a timely manner. I really appreciated their staff for responding to emails and always working with me on HOA and maintenance. When we left, they were mindful and verified the move-in form with repairs when we left so that my deposit return was accurate.
