Sterling Pointe by John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods

We've had an incredible experience working with JW Homes, especially with Parisa Mullis. I'm relocating from the Seattle metro to the Cumming area, and after touring several communities, we were drawn to Sterling Pointe for its ideal location—just minutes from Johns Creek, Alpharetta, and Highway 19. We're now building our dream home here, and it's all thanks to Parisa. She’s been knowledgeable, friendly, and exceptionally patient throughout the entire process. I can’t even count how many times I reached out with new questions—or the same ones—and she always took the time to walk me through everything with clarity and care. We were able to choose a fantastic floor plan on one of the best lots, and tailor it with both structural and design upgrades that truly match our lifestyle and taste

From start to finish, Ronald Moore and Parisa Mullis have been incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail. We are very happy with the quality of workmanship and how smoothly the overall process went. Your regular updates and willingness to address any questions made this a truly positive experience for us. Our experience working with Parisa Mullis has been exceptional. The Construction Manager Ron Moore has been excellent. Sterling Pointe is right where any one would want to be for convenience.

Initially, I thought this was ok but experience with this builder in this community turned horrible. Absolutely horrible. If I could mark zero stars, I would. They are price gouging on the lot premium for certain lots way above and beyond fair normal market value for that area. And this questionable business practice has made us lose out on dream home and on time, setting us back on precious time. Just too many reasons; I do not recommend.
