Sterling Pointe Apartment Community

Place is trash! Staff is extremely rude just like alot of the other reviews state. I made several complaints about bugs , water leak ect. My water bill is more than double than what it should be but they dont see the water leak I see everyday . . They are extremely nosey and watch everything you do . I guess cameras out your window pointing at other people apartment is cool . My apartment has a musty smell that I can't get out . Appliances are over 20 years old. I was shown a different apartment that was different from the one they gave me . No one ever mentioned that a train comes through 2-3 times a night making it extremely hard to sleep. Stay clear of this place makes sence why there is no wait list here like most places in the area.

Sterling Pointe Apartments is a great place. Everyone from the office Caroline, Alissa and Natasha and the maintenance guys are great. My family has lived here going on 4 years and we love it. This place is family oriented. If we have any issues we call the office and they get the maintenance to fix it immediately. It's a quiet place here and has a nice playground for the kids. We would recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived here just over a year, I’m a single person and I feel completely safe here! If there’s ever an issue that needs to be tended to the complex is more than happy to Fix the issue. Caroline the manager is completely amazing, She is personable and listens to your issues! Maintenance Ed and Sean are also so amazing ! Anytime I go into the office. Everybody is as sweet as can be. Thank you for being amazing thank you for making me feel safe. Thank you for all you do!

I have lived here for 6 years and love it! The community is well-maintained, the staff is accommodating and friendly, and I feel very safe and comfortable. I feel lucky to be here, and happy I found this wonderful place.

I have been a tenant with Sterling Point for 6 months, and have been extremely satisfied with my experience thus far. I have been extremely impressed with the leadership team in the office as well as the maintenance crew. They work very hard, tireless hours, to maintain a pleasant, clean and safe apartment community and I would highly recommend Sterling Point Community to anyone in need of safe affordable housing.
