We interviewed three realtors before deciding on one. We chose Stephanie for several reasons, two of which stand out. First she was extremely organized and provided a professional packed with information on her business, the process of selling a home, expectations, vendor recommendations and more. Secondly, she was the only realtor that took notes while touring our home and the only realtor that asked me our children’s names while being in their rooms. When she came back with the photographers she was intentional about remembering not only my children’s names but also our dog’s name. Those little touches make a huge difference. The photographers Stephanie uses did a great job with the photos and a video of our home. Our home sold in six days. We could not be more pleased!!
